CANCELLATIONS POLICY
For Greenland Tours:
  • If the tour is not made due to us or covid regulations, the tour fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel before the payment of the second part of the tourfee (60 days prior departure), you loose the deposit.
  • If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the tour fee will be refunded, or you can transfer the tour if you find another applicant instead.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the program, there will be no refund, however you can transfer the tour if you find another applicant instead.

For tours and workshops of 2 days or more :
  • If the tour is not made due to us or covid regulations, the tour fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, the tour fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel 59 and 30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the tour fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the program, there will be no refund, however you can transfer the tour if you find another applicant instead.
For half-day and day tours and workshops:
  • If the tour is not made due to us or covid regulations, the tour fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the tour, you can redeem 100% of the tour for a later tour in that year.
  • If you cancel the tour 13-8 days before the tour, you can redeem 50% of the tour for a later tour in that year.
  • If you cancel the tour within a week before the tour, there will be no refund, however you can transfer the tour if you find another applicant instead.
